With over 50 years of experience, C&M Fire Alarms provides fire safety solutions to commercial, industrial and residential businesses across the South East and London.  Our wealth of experience coupled with our great customer service enables us to deliver an effective and responsive service to our clients.

A family business, in all areas

C&M Fire Alarms is a family-run business and has been based in Horsham, Sussex, for over 46 years.  With our oldest customer being with us for over 40 years, it is important to us that we continue to look after our customers with a service that can be trusted and recommended.  No matter how big or small the job, we are always happy to assist.

Is your fire alarm provider fully qualified?

All of our engineers undertake regular training, with specific training in fire alarm installation and fire alarm maintenance. We make sure our training is from the industry leader the FIA. In addition, our engineers undertake Panel Training on various industry Fire Alarm Systems. This ensures that our engineers’ knowledge is comprehensive and we understand and know what we are talking about.

We are proud to hold SafeContractor. Due to the nature of the work that comes with installing and servicing a fire alarm this training is also extended to covering such topics as asbestos awareness, working at height, first aid, site safety and working on the rail network.

During the pandemic our fire alarm engineers were classed as key workers, making sure fire alarms were maintained in places such as care homes, schools and railways.

Part of BAFE

By being part of BAFE (British Approvals for Fire Equipment) C&M can show our competence in being able to install fire alarm systems within the law and latest standards. Assessed annually C&M must meet strict criteria proving our processes and services are to the highest standards.
