Maintenance

C&M Fire Alarms Ltd carry out maintenance to most types of fire detection systems, emergency lighting systems and fire extinguishers.

After a site visit a suitable maintenance programme is designed and agreed between C&M Fire Alarms and the client for delivery of our regular maintenance service:

• Fire detection maintenance will be carried out to BS5839 recommendations by our fully qualified engineers as required by the clients


• Emergency lighting maintenance will be carried out to suit the requirements of BS5266-1:2005 and a suitable periodic inspection is to be arranged with the client


• Fire extinguishers are maintained to the requirements of BS5306-3:2009. Extinguishers will be maintained every year as a minimum requirement.
