C&M Fire Alarms Ltd can offer multiple types of detection systems ranging from simple conventional systems, wire-less / radio systems, complex networked addressable systems, to aspiration systems.
Simple conventional systems are suitable for the smaller premises, which can include houses of multiple occupation (HMO), public houses, guest houses, small hotels, and small retail outlets.
Wire-less / Radio systems are suitable for most applications from small to large projects. These systems are suitable for properties which will require listed building consent where a wire-free and aesthetic installation can be carried out, and temporary fire detection systems for building / work sites where the equipment can be easily moved.
Addressable systems are now the most common way to protect most properties, and their main advantage is to bring the "search times" from fire activation down to a minimum level. These systems are very expandable and can be tailored to suit any environment, from a standard single property to a network of buildings.
Aspiration systems are suitable for difficult environments and can be set to detect smoke levels way before any standard smoke detection. These systems are designed to sample air through approved pipe-work to protect air returns on air conditioning systems, large open or very high areas within buildings and provide early warning in business critical environments.
